Description

The entrance to the driveway of 14 Concord Ave is uneven and cracked. Cars entering the driveway are jolted and scrape the undercarriage. A temporary layer of asphalt was added in 2018 when I first reported this issue but the permanent fix was never carried out. It has gotten worse since then.
