I've visited the site of the dumped tires located between the employee parking lot and a pond at the rear of 1450 Whitney Avenue. (The parking area is entered from Servoss).
I've reached out to Atria Larson Place to ensure that they are aware of the problem and to discuss a minimal-impact way to remove the tires.
Atria Larson Place wanted to be certain that the tires are actually on their property, so I found and dropped off an engineered site plan for 1450 Whitney Avenue.
I will be contacting the Executive Director next week to see if he has reviewed the print and obtained a quote for removal of the tires.

I am periodically checking on this situation.
It's my understanding that Atria Larson Place and North Lake are assuming joint responsibility for the removal.
