Cars parking on westbound Stafford Avenue near Tupelo Honey Cafe. The street is rendered to vehicles that can fit through illegally parked vehicles on both sides of the street. These may be DoorDash or whatever but there is a line of 3 cars on the westbound side. This chevy car has been parked illegally for at least 30 minutes. It's even blocking the entrance to the WakeMed urgent care.
