When is the City and the Police going to crackdown to thes people who have no consideration for others
They should have their car impounded for 6 months and be fined $10,000.
Garish wages to have them make payments.
Their should be consequences for their actions
Also they should be reported to DMV and have to pay a supplemental fee of $1,000 for the next three years to have their car registered ... ...
