Description

Starting around 11:08 pm sideshow starting at 42nd Ave and International .

At 11:12 pm a vehicle drove up from Foothill to 42nd Ave/Mera through Carrington at a high rate of speed

I cannot sleep, and I have to go to work tomorrow

When is the City and the Police going to crackdown to thes people who have no consideration for others

They should have their car impounded for 6 months and be fined $10,000.

Garish wages to have them make payments.

Their should be consequences for their actions

Also they should be reported to DMV and have to pay a supplemental fee of $1,000 for the next three years to have their car registered ... ...
