Description

Caucasian man pulled up in front of the PG&E substation and illegally dumped his garbage in the middle of the street.

Unfortunately Vallejo is not prosecuting illegal dumpers. You could collect 1/2 of the paid fine as a reward. But no prosecution = no reward. I spoke with the City Attorney to find this out.

They should prosecute. The city might just look a little cleaner and citizens might want to speak up and pay attention more.
