This is very obviously a violation of the ADA, in other words, "Federal Law," a block away from a hospital. Please recategorize this as an Accessibility for People with Disabilities issue.

Please install one of these signs on either side of this hazard to prevent someone who has a disability from suffering an injury while traveling to or from the hospital.
