Junk yard. There are at least 6 cars parked on the block that belong to 18 Market street that operates as a illegal mechanic garage, once before the city came out and asked them to clean it but it is back to the same all junk yard. I don't care what anybody does in the property but various street parking are taken by cars that are broken down. Thank you.
