Much of Lombard Street is residential. If the James Street area is a concern because of slowed down traffic, that may be a good thing. Drivers are not paying attention, and in too much of a rush, and there have been several accidents as a result People are speeding by my area all the time on Lombard and there have been several accidents in this area. Speed humps are being installed all over Fairhaven because drivers are going through red lights and driving too fast.
