This bioswale is a safety hazard. It’s a giant sharp metal thing waiting for someone to take a trip to the ER for a tetanus shot.

It's also blight. And filled with garbage. But SCF only lets you pick one category.

Thank you for the report, this has been forwarded to Engineering. A project manager has been assigned to inspect the bioswale today and make the site safe in the short term. Bioswale repairs are currently in the process of being put out to bid. The bioswale maintenance contractor has been notified of this site for planting within the next month.
