Description

Every Friday Saturday & Sunday evening
the neighborhood is keep awake until the early hours of the morning by loud music
bottles crashing and shouts
It is now 12:43 a school and work night
And it has been going on since 4 this afternoon
The police/non emergency has been called
to no avail
