  I am just going by what your officer sloppily scribbled on a report he was supposed to give me. I tried my best to decipher what he wrote and his name looks like Patrick J. Hohan. I'm sure you can figure out who I am talking about, so please don't play dumb with me. I've had it up to my eye balls with the arrogant attitude of the FPD officers.
