The large tree (I think it's a sycamore) in front of her house at 1116 Pearl is giving her problems. Its roots invaded her lateral (she just had it replaced) and she has not been able to get satisfaction in her communications with Public Works on the future of this very old tree. She does not use Internet and has spoken to a couple of people in Public Works.

We are familiar with this address, resident keeps requesting that the tree be removed because of the roots in sewer lateral issue. Tree is very healthy and does not meet criteria for removal at this time.
