Rooster in the city ? .... There is a rooster that crows at all hours of the day , it starts at 5am ! And is very annoying . This is not something someone living in the city would expect . I have seen the chickens and roosters in the children's park next door . Not very safe /sanitary . As well as him letting his dog loose with out a leach as well . This is not acceptable and not very neighborly of them . They might want to live in the country side where it's normal for these actions .The house address is -58 Allston st
