  Good Afternoon,

  I have passed your comment on to the developer regarding the North Quincy Project. It has also been reported that the T intends to add additional trains to the Red Line prior to the proposed/scheduled opening of the apartments. A reminder that this property is owned by the T and we are in preliminary discussions on this project. Your input is important and appreciated. Thank you.

  The T "intends" to add additional trains but where will the money for that come from? The service is already so bad with the lack of funds they are operating on now. Also, the property is owned by the T but doesn't the city own the "air rights" over this property so the city will have some say on this? There is also the problem of parking/traffic as there will be reduced parking spaces for commuters. What if commuters start parking in local streets surrounding the area, as some already do?
