There are multiple raised manhole covers that have been surrounded with asphalt making huge bumps in the road all along Webster st.
I wonder how the plows are going to be able to even clear the streets or how much damage this will cause to equipment because of the massive unevenness.
Same on St Ronan Street.
What were they thinking ???
