Large tree limb broken, has not fallen yet.

Shoreline Park, Bay Farm Island, behind public restrooms along jogging path next to rock shoreline. AREA MARKED WITH CAUTION TAPE THIS MORNING to alert joggers and walkers.

Poses risk of serious injury.
