This vacant building has an unlocked door to park st. Kids and homeless folks are regularly going into this building. It is very dangerous for kids bc the railings are not properly attached, so if a kid holds onto them they could fall two or three stories. Also, there are four open holes in the roof, so rain is coming in. Can you get this construction site secured, protected from the weather, and sans graffiti?
