I'm not the person who reported this issue, but I'm reopening it.
It appears the Engineering Dept might not have correctly interpreted the description. The clogged CB reported in this ticket is not on Long Wharf Drive. It's on the west side of Hallock Avenue approximately 15 feet from the corner of Hallock Avenue and 2nd Street. I believe the mention of the back of 1 Long Wharf Drive in this ticket was only to enhance the description of the location.
