Town Tree on border of 41 and 45 Spring Garden St is major hazard. Branches are intertwined with power lines and are now reaching/touching bedroom window of 41 Spring Garden st. High winds are causing significant danger!! Many Months ago, submitted request, with no action taken, dangers are now much worse!!
