HOW long until something is done to this parcel? Eyesore.

Dumping is escalating and it's not coming from the apparently abandoned house on the property.

I just drove by and there’s all construction debris dumped behind the home.

We have inspected this property and are dealing with the owners to take care of all violations.

Lawn has now been mowed but all the rubbish and debris remain. Time to clean up the mess or tear the place down--depressing property values around the neighborhood.

Construction is debris still there, but now a ground-level basement door has been torn off or kicked in so anyone can enter the house for any reason, legal or otherwise.

Some, but not all, of the trash has been cleaned up. Basement door now closed. But property has been abandoned and unsecured for at least five years, and something needs to be done,

Most of the trash was picked up, though now the basement door has again been kicked wide open. No evidence that anyone is working on or even keeping an eye on this property.

Now there are plumbing fixtures being dumped behind the house--toilet and tub. This property needs to be secured!

More plumbing fixtures and other debris are being dumped behind house. Toilets, tubs. Etc. This mess needs to be cleaned up and property secured. It's a menace to the neighborhood!

Plumbing fixtures and other construction debris still being dumped behind 904 and 916 Quinnipiac Ave. Nothing has been cleaned up for months!

NOTHING has been done to clean up the mess behind 904 and alongside 916 Quinnipiac Ave. Calls to city offices, alder Santana, LCI all are being ignored. This is blight, which threatens property values, public health, and the ecosystem of the riverfront. Please get the owners of this property to clean it up or tear it down!

LCI currently has an anti blight order on this property (904 Quinnipiac Avenue). It has been a constant reoccurrence of illegal dumping and clean up. This causes us to start the anti-blight process all over again. There are now new owners whom we will be speaking with to educate them on the history of blight at this property and the expectations moving forward.

Far more dumping then clean-up these last several years, but thanks for trying to get new owners to clean up the mess.
