I've taken videos of them blocking orange street, moving slowly, stopping in front of barcade etc. It's obnoxious and loud.

They don't block traffic, it's not really a problem. The dirtbikes, loud motorcycles, and aggressive vagrants are the problem with downtown NH

This reported issue is in reference to the "Elm City Party Bike". It is an open air bus that gives tours of the downtown area. Each passenger sits on a seat that also has pedals in front of him/her. This bus also serves alcohol to the passengers.

Personally, I have no problem with it. It looks like fun.

@NewHavenProfessional etc, the Party Bike is just as loud as the motorcycles, except the people on it are white. You complain about aggressive vagrants and so the solution is having a Toad's on wheels where people can get wasted, yell loudly, and don't have to interact with real people (homeless people=still real people) living in new haven??? But can bike on by while intoxicated?
