Year before last a tour of Wooster Street revealed many shabby things. Broken street lamps, dead trees, faded banners. Litter was also evident. The streets were sweep leaving cars in place, no towing. Is that clearer?

Somewhat. Perhaps they could be nominated for the “Friend of Wooster Square” award given at the annual Cherry Blossom Festival.
