The fence separating the valet parking lot from Sylvan Avenue, across from where Vernon Street ends, is bending on to the sidewalk. Someone walking down the sidewalk at night, including someone visiting the hospital, could get cut by the fence, which is around head-level for an adult. This needs to be attended to ASAP.
