The caution tape on the fence was placed there back in May. That’s when the tree came crashing down during the storm that spawned a tornado in Hamden. Now, five months later, the fence has yet to be repaired/replaced. Is this a city fence? Or is the state responsible since it abuts the I-91 N entrance? It’s an eyesore that needs remediation.
