  Please address this issue. It is an overwhelming situation: drug use, yelling, garbage, and smell. It’s a health hazard in the middle of a residential area. This also obstructs normal pedestrian traffic.

  And these loser street addicts wonder why they are living on the streets. There is an army of advocates out there. More than 50 listings for shelters in Oakland. They do not want help they want a free ride with no rules at the taxpayers expense.

  That how they are getting rich pandering and enabling these street people with the taxpayers money. How much really makes down to help these folks 1 to 2 % if that. They do not want fix the problem they are trying to grow it. There seems to be a endless amount of illicit dr*gs out there. Around 72,000 people passed on from ODing in 2017. Something is very wrong when a society can allow that many people to d-e and the problem is only getting worse.
