another casualty!! these roads need to get repaired NOW. i just saw another bicyclist crash from these extremely dangerous road conditions on 26th st @ union st. the city needs to take responsibility in fixing
the issues instead of just continuously pawning it off on union pacific. this issue has been a danger for years now and the CITY needs to either make sure union pacific actually fixes it or fix it themselves. if the city has the right to collect money from the residents in the area for parking violations right where these hazards are, then the city should be accountable and responsible for making these dangerous conditions safer for everyone or they can and should be held liable for any accidents and injuries resulting from the city’s negligent handling of such a long standing problem.
