Pursuant to the 5 requests generated last Friday we have investigating this concern. The SCF category of ?Parking Violation/Abandoned Auto? is monitored by the Department of Transportation, Traffic, & Parking. Our enforcement purview does not extend beyond parking violations and our staff is not able to investigate or enforce registration issues. As a result, we investigated all of the vehicles in question, issued citations to all found in violation of the city?s parking ordinance, and identified that these vehicles belong to residents of this block. As we are unable to enforce registration violations we are forwarding this concern to the New Haven Police tow desk.
