There is a female homeless person living at the bus stop that caller sees regularly (except at night). In the mornings, this person has overtaken the stop sleeping on the bench & spreading her belongings around. The passengers cannot sit on the bench while they wait for the bus. This is also the stop for the O bus to San Francisco.
