This GROWING HOMELESS ENCAMPMENT that is becoming more dangerous each day. Children cannot walk the sidewalk to get to their school, our business vendors cannot park outside our business. Our customers cannot park outside our business. The street is dangerous to drive down as they have their shopping carts, furniture, etc all over the street!
