(1) Illegaly posted hand-lettered sign attached to freeway right-of-way fence in Homage to "...KEN HOUSTON, MAYOR OF EAST OAKLAND" & (2)an Altar to Child killed over 2 yrs ago on opposite should be removed from corners at 106th Av & Foothill Blvd.

Additionally at this Intersection, crash-damaged railing work-boots thrown across phone wires have already been reported (around 8/18) & continue to contribute to the negative image of Foothill Sq/East Oakland area as a dumping site & deteriorating "urban" neighborhood.

Mayor Schaff & Larry Reid should be ashamed of the City Dept's negligence in addressing matters in this area.
