This commercial lot is being used as an off leash dog park. It is right next to the elementary school. Additionally, the dog owners park their cars in the "no parking" zone on Lakerim which interferes with traffic flow for parents doing drop-off and pick up at the school and people trying to pull out of the parking deck. Who should I call when I see these activities happening?
