This section of sidewalk along the parking lot at corner of Crown & Orange is never properly (or even slightly) cleared and is still covered in dangerous, thick ice 4 days after the most recent storm. Every other residence and business owner in the area clears their section within 24 hours. Whomever owns this corner parking lot does not.

We are closing all the remaining open and acknowledged "snow issues" to get ready for the 2021-2022 season. We appreciate your feedback and adjusted where we could. Over the past year, we have added Public Space Inspectors who can help alleviate some of the snow issues by issuing warnings and tickets. As always, we encourage residents' cooperation and patience. Hopefully this winter season will be an improvement for us all! Thanks.
