Had about 50 more of them pass through since I posted my last comment here about 2 hours ago. APD still nowhere to be found as usual. Real hard to concentrate on my work and do my job when our office building's walls are being violently shaken by blasting subwoofer rap music every 5 minutes all day and night.

Forgot to mention I saw tons of them coming down Park street yesterday evening, too. Every 5 minutes all you'd hear is "BOOM BOOM BOOM" from their high powered subwoofers, blasts of bass powerful enough to be heard blocks away

Tons more boom cars coming down Atlantic today. There was also an extremely loud boom car hanging around the south side of John Sweeney park. It was blasting the bass so loud you could hear it all the way at the shopping center. Countless calls to APD made, they ignored it every time and dismissed the call without addressing the problem.

Also saw/head another boom car, a 1980s red Toyota Celica convertible driving southbound on Park st. from the bridge on my way home from work this evening. Drove right past a bunch of APD vehicles who weren't on a call and they ignored him and let him get away with it. Just APD being worthless and corrupt as always. Can't count on them to enforce any laws period. We are completely on our own out here.

Just saw one of the regular violators, a black 1980s Ford 5.0 mustang with license plate "1HEY916" driving recklessly down atlantic while blasting his subwoofer. This is probably the 100th time I've seen him doing it in just the past year. I've reported him many times before and even have a separate issue on this site specifically regarding him. Glad to know APD still hasn't done jack about this problem.

We had a bunch of more boom cars coming down atlantic today disturbing the peace and violating noise ordinance. Boom cars are still continuing to terrorize our island community daily as the worthless and corrupt city government continues to disrespectfully ignore this request, demonstrating to the entire population of Alameda what a worthless pile of trash they are that literally couldn't care less about enforcing the law in our city.

We were woken up this morning at 7 AM by a powerful boom car blowing past our building on Central Avenue. The boom car was pulsating bass as it blasted rap music at least at a few hundred decibels. It violently shook our building and probably cause some seismic damage along central as it passed. Im sure the city government couldnt care less about people's hearing and their property being physically damaged by shockwaves of bass from rap-blasting boom cars, though. they couldn't care less about our community.

Since 7 AM we had probably around 5 or 6 more of them pass through here

This morning we had probably a dozen of them blow past our apartment building, and this afternoon I've counted at least a dozen of them blasting past my office building on the west side of alameda.

You can start a petition and put pressure on mayor and city council like residents did in Philadelphia a few months ago:

Junebug Philadelphia's mayor and city council were obviously on board with this resolution because they personally detested the noise pollution as much as other residents. Unfortunately, here in Alameda most of our elected officials do not even live on the island. Our police chief, for example, lives in a luxury 4 bedroom estate all the way in Danville. None of our elected officials actually have to endure any of these problems, so therefore they are not affected by them. Our police chief and his family never have to listen to boom cars in their homes. Our mayor, our city council, etc are all in the same boat. They live in luxurious, elite wealthy estates in affluent elite suburbs far away where they never have to experience any of this stuff. They are completely disconnected from the plight of Alameda residents and could care less what we have to deal with. A petition is unlikely to achieve anything. The only thing, in my opinion, that will actually result in meaningful change in our communities is an outright revolt. We need to expel all of these elite, wealthy out-of-towners from our city government and appoint regular working class joes who actually live in our neighborhoods to represent us.

As long as a bunch of wealthy d-bags from other cities like Danville continue to maintain their stranglehold on our local politics, as long as we continue to have our city controlled by a mayor, council and police chief who neither live in nor care about our communities, nothing will change. Nothing. We need to fire these people and replace them with working class alamedans who actually live here. That is the only way our government will ever actually serve us. Until then, our government will continue to do what they've been doing all this time, serving themaselves and draining our tax dollars to enrich themselves (like Paul Rolleri, who receives almost $400,000 a year in salary and benefits paid for with your tax dollars, which he uses to subsidize his elite mansion in Danville)

P.S. and to give you an idea of what a true scum bag Paul Rolleri is, he actually even spends some of his taxpayer-funded salary and benefits package paying off the fines of criminals who were cited by the few competent officers under his command. We had a thief trespassing on our properties and stealing from them for almost 2 years straight. It took us about 15,000 calls to the alameda police and around 100 or so emails to the chief, mayor, city manager, city council, and even the alameda county sheriff to finally get the thief cited.

Then, I got an email from Paul Rolleri scolding me for reporting the thief and he told me that he was going to PERSONALLY PAY WHATEVER FINES ARE IMPOSED on the thief, and he added "we hope we dont cite them ever again"

Thats your tax dollars at work. Our police chief, mayor, council, are all crooks who serve themselves and could not care less about our community. They actively enable and encourage criminals to break laws in our communities and make sure to live as far away as possible so none of them ever have to deal with it.

My girlfriend and I were just woken up while sleeping in our bedroom with our double pane windows closed and while wearing earplugs when the DUI jeep driver who lives next door at 2614 Central Ave swerved into our driveway to go around her father/grandfather's pickup truck blocking their driveway, blasting music at around 200 decibels right outside our bedroom window. She also blipped her car horn several times as she walked into her apartment.

Right now she is walking back and forth between the apartment and her jeep, which has been driving daily on a suspended license since her DUI arrest back in January 6th.

Thanks for letting the neverending, unprovoked harassment and abuse continue for 2 years straight APD!

They were blasting rap music so hard I could actually see objects on my desk vibrating. We work in a brick building with thick windows (i think they are triple pane?). Incredible. The boom car appeared to loiter outside as it violently shook our walls for a few minutes before driving off. I think they like to stop so they can cause additional structural damage and hearing loss for their victims.

Saturday, October 26th, 2019. We've had multiple boom cars blasting through our otherwise quiet residential community today, violently shaking our homes and spreading hearing loss everywhere they go.

Monday, November 4th, 2019. 12:47 PM. The DUI jeep driver who lives next door to us (been reporting her all year, she was arrested for a DUI in January 6 2019 in which she totaled her previous vehicle, had her license suspended but her family just bought her a brand new jeep and she kept driving it with a suspended license anyway) just rolled in blasting her music loudly on purpose to harass and disturb the peace. As she stepped out of the vehicle, she peered into our carport to see if our car is there, presumably to confirm if we are home and to see if she was successful in harassing us. Got the entire thing on video and will be uploading footage shortly.

Monday, November 4th, 2019. 8:51 PM. I just arrived home shortly ago to discover that

a.) the daughter of the owner of 2614 Central Ave, has, once again, blocked their driveway with her Infiniti QX56 SUV, which she's also still operating daily on public Alameda streets without any front license plate (completely against the law, but APD does nothing about it despite me reporting her daily), and is once again having her family members and neighbors trespass i.l.l.e.g.a.l.l.y into our driveway to go around her vehicle

b.) the DUI jeep driver tampered with my mailbox again, probably trying to steal my mail again. She has significantly damaged the key mechanism on my mailbox so it now very difficult to get it to open. I have to fuss with it to get it to open now.

Here is the photo of my damaged mailbox today, where you can see my mailbox door is partially pried open, that the DUI jeep driver has been regularly tampering with to steal my mail and/or prevent me from opening my mailbox by damaging the lock mechanism.

Tuesday, November 5th. 2019. 2:59 PM. There is now a boom car loitering outside our office building violently shaking our building's walls, giving us all migraines and distracting us from our work.

Tuesday, November 5th, 2019. 3:26 PM. There is now an additional boom car loitering outside our office building, blasting rap music at around 200 plus decibels and violently shaking our walls, spreading hearing loss and seismic damage as they very slowly proceed down the street. Thanks APD!

Wednesday, November 6th. 2019. 6:40 PM The constant, never-ending harassment continues.

My home security cam captured the daughter of the owner of 2614 Central ave (driver of the Infiniti QX56 SUV) rolling in loudly blasting her rap music for an extended period of time while she loitered outside. The bass from her car stereo was so powerful it was setting off the shock sensor on one of the other neighbor's parked cars.

NOTE: This video was recorded from INSIDE MY APARTMENT from BEHIND A CLOSED, DOUBLE-PANE WINDOW. The audio you hear in this video was recorded inside my apartment with ALL windows tightly closed. The music was so loud and the bass so powerful that you can literally hear it setting off the shock sensors on my neighbor's car parked on the other side of the fence in our carport.

Thanks for letting this continue every single day and night for almost 2 consecutive years APD! Glad to know we can't count on you to enforce any laws while you allow these degenerates to harass and terrorize us daily, disturbing the peace, vandalizing our property, stealing and damaging our property, etc.

We just had another boom car come blasting past our building, violently shaking our walls, spreading hearing loss and seismic damage as it blasted rap music at over 200 decibels coming down Atlantic drive.

Thanks for continuing to ignore this request from over half a year ago and doing nothing to address this severe, ongoing and daily problem, APD! Keep up the fine work taking our tax dollars, paying yourselves handsome six-digit-figure salaries and not actually enforcing any laws whatsoever while Alameda is driven into total ruin.

Saturday, November 9th, 2019. 6:09 PM. We just had an extremely powerful boom car come blasting through our neighborhood while our corrupt and worthless police department is busy stuffing their pockets with six digit figure salaries subsidized by the taxpayers.

The car was blasting bass so hard that even as it drove off, we could still hear it from multiple blocks away. I can actually still faintly hear and feel the throbbing bass from this vehicle's subwoofer system.

The shockwaves of bass were powerful enough to shake our walls, cause hearing loss and seismic damage to buildings.
