Debris and bags full of Household garbage dumped on sidewalk at EDES AVE, CROSS STREET MADDUX DR. Dumped garbage scattered on sideways near #45 Bus stop. This site is also near a school and kids walk and board bus through this area to school.

Earlier while searching scattered garbage, found Amazon, UPS shipping box, Bank statement, Mortage statement and other documents with a address at Maddux Dr. That house is located 40 ft away from where garbage being dumped on same location for last 3 years.
I have reported to City attorny's office Barbara J Parkar and Alameda county District attorney's office with evidence that I have for prosecution. I just got an email response from a paralegal from City Attorny's office. That is it.

Just spoke with City of OAK public work dept rep to find out why garbage were not ckeaned up since my first reporting on 03/28/19. Rep told me that issue has been forwarded to Ms Garcia of OAK Enviornment office for investigation. Tgere is a confusion here. Since I reported that I found some evidence from garbage like UPS, Amazon Shipping bixes, Mortage statement, family phootographs with an address at Maddux Dr located just 40/50 ft away from dumping site. Environmental office is supposed to investigate the dumping site for these evidence.
But evidences are in my possesion and they should contact me. While they are doing this, garbage are still scatterd on sidewalk. This location is near BROOKFIELD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL and everday kid walk through this sidewalk steppig on garbage. As seen from pic, this is also #45 AC Transit Bust stop.
