Thanks for reporting. We need bigger fines, license suspension and months of community service. A 1,000 fine is far from a deterrent. Let's get serious about deterring them. They know they are wrong on the first caught offense.

Yep, the video works. Unbelievable that they just continued dumping after seeing you film them. Since I don’t see a response for this yet, you might want to call code enforcement and speak to Officer Gomez with the iDEAL Vallejo’s illegal dumping program. I feel the longer this doesn’t get a response, the less of chance of finding them and you’re getting half of the paid fine.

3 things nice neighborhoods don't have.
1, Liquor stores
2, chain link fences
3, Neighbors that just drive by as crimes are in process.

4. "Check Cashing" & "Payroll Advance" Stores

Thank you for posting and the video. I suspect they keep dumping because they feel they can do anything in Vallejo. Remember you can actually call 911 if you see dumping in progress.

Yes the sideshows need to stop, its so bad the markings for lanes are pretty much gone. Anyone can sit there on any given friday and witness some @#$% clown doing donuts. I literally have worked with the city getting signs up for "no dumping" and "no parking." Yet people are still dumping but its definitely come a long way. I dont live in Vallejo to doing any neighborhood watch duties but I'm so glad folks like you are keeping up the good work.

I appreciate you all that continue to do the good work this community needs not watching idly by while bad things happen. I've since moved from here but my family still lives there and I care about my neighborhood. I know its possible to get this town back into shape as I've worked with the city getting stop signs, neighborhood watch signs, no dumping no parking signs in Lofas Lakeside neighborhood. Lets continue reaching out to neighbors and city staff to get a sense of whats happening and what needs to be done. Feel free to reach out to everyone that will listen and be another set of eyes and ears that will actively strive for a better future for Vallejo. Stay vigilant
