A steady flow of water has been leaking from the landscape control boxes in the ground, between 18th Street and 17th Street, on Mandela Parkway. The Southbound lanes of Mandela Parkway have been wet for over one week, and the grass and landscaping North of this point seem to not have any irrigation, as many of the plants are becoming dry.
