Description

A recurring problem is cars visiting apartments at 3052 Logan Street that parallel park on the sidewalk forcing pedestrians to use the street. These are cars that sometimes park in the 3052 parking lot or park on the street and the occupants walk to the apartments. It is apparent that these cars on the sidewalk park overnight. This address has continuous traffic, arguments and noise. The OFD fire truck has been there twice in the past 2 weeks. It is not uncommon for OPD to respond to calls there. This apartment building is a big problem & a public nuisance.
