We have a similar problem with ONTRAC parking their trucks on the 900 block of Santa Clara. Any idea how to light a fire under Alameda Parking Enforcement to make sure it stops? (They get ticketed, then disappear for a week, then come back, often retaliating against neighbors who report them by parking in front and deliberately taking up two spaces.)
