Description
Large tree on corner of Circular & Benham makes it very hard to see traffic coming down Benham hill @ stop sign, and tree & telephone pole obstruct view unless you pull out past stop sign.
Branches can be removed from tree; however, it is on private property.
Can someone ask the homeowner to trim the low lying branches of the pine tree?
