If this collapses someone can be seriously injured which is why this should have been called into public safety 203 946-6316 as soon as it was noticed, then posted to alert others and to have a record it was called in.. This site is not monitor 24/7 and some departments like the police for the most part do not monitor it at all. As you can see the original post has yet to be acknowledged by the city and it has been over three hours since it was posted
