Description

There is a lot with a shipping container. People park their car in the driveway at the gate of the lot, blocking the sidewalk to go into the shipping container. This happens in the middle of the night. Sometimes they are gone by morning, but most times they stay there and their behavior is suspicious. Already spoke to Oakland Police regarding this, but it's still going on. Please address this issue ASAP. The car license plate #4HXZ526; Black Mercedes-Benz with tags that expired in 2014. Other vehicles come and go, doing the same thing.
