Description

Location: median pass 580 overpass on san Pablo Ave and 35th Street.
Homeless pulled out all concrete flowers pots out of the ground. Please remove concrete pots and clean the garbage off the median and make it pretty. This is the entrance to Oakland from Emeryville that should look fantastic.
