Description

The homeless encampment has relocated from the neighboring park, then to the cement co., and now near. They’re playing the system - shuffle the location and they avoid consequences? Meanwhile residents at the loft have noisy, window obstruction, and fear to contend with. Please stay on this problem. The litter and trash piles that accompany their “stay” is next to come.
