  What is the status of stop signs at 23rd/Valdez and 23rd/Webster? There are still no stop signs for traffic on Valdez and Webster, and the new apartment buildings that are now occupied are generating significant traffic since their garages open onto these streets. There have been several near misses with pedestrians in recent days. These need to be four-way stops to protect pedestrian access and to allow cross-traffic an opportunity to get across.
