Description
Two men living in this apartment consistently make a lot of noise between the hours of 10pm-7am that disturbs the neighbors sleep. They and their landlord are aware that this is an issue, yet they continue to make noise. Most of the noise comes from them hauling heavy items up and down the stairs (possibly construction tools) to and from their car during these hours and talking loudly. It has gone one for almost a year now with minor improvement. Landlord rarely stops by and the HOA has had many issues with this landlord (i.e., failure to pay HOA fees) and his tenants (past tenants had also been extremely loud throughout the day and night.
