If the street lamp on the SW corner of Ella Grasso and Chapel is included, the one that is out is the 4th from the same corner. Please replace. Area is very dark and unsafe, especially for bicyclists.

Signal crew responded and verified issue. Repairs completed and street lamp back in normal operation.
