I'm not sure what you mean by "no marking or warning signs". They have mesh construction fencing on both sides of the sidewalk. I'm not happy with yet another lot being divided to put a pair of shotgun houses on it (boo, hiss Concept 8 Design), but I think it's hard to miss that the area is under construction.,
