You can't just post situations like this and expect the proper authorities to see it and take care of it in a timely manner, this should have been called in. You can then post to alert others and to have a record it was called in.. When in doubt on who to report it to call 203 946-6316. In this case the water company should have been called.

The RWA is aware of this. We are working with UI to have a nearby pole braced. Once that is completed, we will be able to make the repairs to stop the leak.
