Sharraxaadda

This is a picture of a broken wall on East Rock Park at the top of the hairpin turn going up to the summit. To me this section looks like it may be ready to collapse and Heaven help anyone walking on the trail below it if it gives way. I submit that at least secure the broken masonry with wire until a proper repair can be made. It is a hazard and a potential lawsuit.
